Michael Haase
Managing Partner
Michael started his broadcast media sales career in 1996 working for some of the largest media broadcasters, and entertainment companies in the country. Disney, Viacom, ABC Radio, CBS Radio, and Entercom Communications have all provided valuable experiences to shape who Michael is today. Michael is a passionate and loyal salesperson at heart with a long track record of amplifying brands through large scale marketing partnerships including broadcast media placement, client focused event production, event sponsorship, on site event integration, digital platform placement, customized video curation and targeted social media campaigns.
Michael has always had a keen focus on what truly makes a successful relationship work by viewing brands as true partners with long-term goals of elevating market share.

TC Knoch
Managing Partner
TC Knoch is a well-known name among top radio and TV stations in some of the largest media markets in the U.S. TC’s extensive background includes an 11-year role as Global Relationship Marketing Director for Disney Parks. His work resulted in significant brand awareness and attendance increases for Disney parks and resorts representing between 200-300 promotions and 55-65 radio remote broadcasts and 15 TV programs or segments for key TV partners each year.
TC is also a highly respected event producer. Through the years he has helped to produce over 400 Sales, media, and promotional events, including the grand opening of Hong Kong Disneyland, events at the White House, The Queen Mary and the Pasadena Tournament of Roses for the 3-day food and wine festival SIP & SAVOR.

Vernon Copp
Sr. Vice President of Partnerships
Vernon Copp started his career in broadcast media sales more than 3 decades ago as an Account Executive for CBS Radio owned 97.1 The FM Talk Station in Southern California. Vernon was quickly promoted to a retail sales management position where he trained & led a large team of highly successful sales team members who eventually became the highest grossing retail sales effort in the country. Vernon later went on to manage sales teams at The Walt Disney Company, Cumulus, IHeart and Audacy owned radio properties. Vernon then moved into the agency space where he honed his skills on the client planning side to eventually become the consummate sales professional that he is today. Vernon & his team of sellers have helped many large scale brands further maximize market share across multiple platforms and grow to new heights. Vernon’s proudest achievement is his lovely family and spending time with his grandchildren.

Mike Cross

For more than two decades the work of Michael Cross has reached a global audience of millions via live shows, events, and broadcast content, supporting such major tourist destinations and renowned creative think tanks as Disneyland Resort, Universal Studios Japan, Disney’s Aulani Resort and Walt Disney Imagineering.

Robin Mensinger
VP of Video Production Services
Robin Mensinger is a free-lance TV producer and publicist with over 25 years experience in the Television industry. She has worked for the Walt Disney Company managing and producing promotional TV and Radio broadcasts. These include producing entertainment segments for local and national TV shows like Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight, Wheel of Fortune and KTLA Morning News along with iHeart media radio shows like Ellen K on KOST and Valentine on KBIG.

Bob Koontz
Director of Sports Event Production
Bob Koontz has been in the broadcast media & event production space for over 40 years as a Vice President, General Manager & Director of Sales for some of the top broadcasters in the country. Bob worked closely with The Anaheim Angels to help drive revenue, helped in the development, and build of the ESPN 710 studios in Los Angeles and assisted in brokering the Los Angeles Lakers radio broadcasting rights deal. In addition, Bob has produced over 12 golf tournaments including the 955 KLOS Mark and Brian Celebrity Tournament(s). Bob is an avid golfer and has a passion for sports related event production.

Lana Devore
Sr. Event & Show Director
Lana Devore is an accomplished creator, producer, and show director of live entertainment and special events. Lana has over 30 years experience in the field, with emphases on theme park entertainment. Lana is a consultant show director for Universal Studios Japan creating, developing and directing atmosphere street shows, Wizarding World of Harry Potter shows, as well as Halloween Horror Night mazes. Her body of work also includes Walt Disney Company event production such as: “A Christmas Fantasy Parade”, “The American Space Experience” in Tomorrowland, “Disney California Adventure Opening Event”, “Cal Ripken Appreciation Day”, “Disneyland POW Welcome Home” event, and “The 40th Anniversary Time Capsule Event” with Michael Eisner.
Lana Devore also has a long history of producing corporate events for brands such as BSH - Bosch, Thermador & Gaggeneu that include sales events, press events and product launches.

Carla Carlile
Sr. Show Director
Carla Carlile is a 30-year veteran of The Walt Disney Company with Disney Live Entertainment as a Director/Choreographer and a Disney Media Spokesperson. She has worked at the Disneyland Resort, Tokyo Disney Resort, Walt Disney World Resort and has traveled the U.S and abroad with Walt Disney Special Events Group. Carla has directed a wide variety of Disney projects from Parades, Nighttime Spectaculars, Stage Shows, Marketing Events, Festivals and Immersive Character Experiences.
Carla was on the original creative team for the longest running Disney nighttime spectacular, Fantasmic!, both at the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. As the Show Director, she was involved in numerous enhancements to the show utilizing advanced technology. Fantasmic! continues to amaze and delight both new and returning guests.
Carla was an early champion of diverse and inclusive entertainment at the Disneyland Resort. Some of those projects include, Disney ¡Viva Navidad!, Tiana’s Showboat Jubilee and Princess Elena of Avalor cavalcade. She also created the annual Lunar New Year Celebration curating artists from the surrounding community as well as around the world, and continues to be a yearly event.
For Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort, Carla created one of the park’s most enduring events, Mickey's Halloween Party which also included the fan favorite, Frightfully Fun Parade which continues to enchant Disney audiences.
